Virtual Appointments
Telehealth sessions are offered for patients also participating in in-person therapy. These sessions are 30 minutes long, just like in-person sessions, but provide great value at half the cost of in-person sessions. The session takes place over Zoom (https://zoom.us/j/2674222722) and provides 20 minutes of therapy for your child and 10 minutes of parent support, including answering your questions and reviewing homework assignments.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours of advance notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. You may do so by texting, leaving a voice message, or emailing. There is no fee as long as you reschedule appointments within two weeks. Sessions missed without at least two hours' notice will incur a fee of half of the total amount for that session type. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, you will only be treated for the remaining time of your appointment. The fees for service will not be adjusted. If for any reason the therapist is running behind, you will be granted your full treatment time.
