Our Jane portal is a convenient way to see appointment openings, view current appointments, receive updates on your child's plan of care, and see all your billing info. We have a series of informational videos on how to use Simple Practice linked below.​

Virtual Appointments

Telehealth sessions are offered for patients also participating in in-person therapy. These sessions are 30 minutes long, just like in-person sessions, but provide great value at half the cost of in-person sessions. The session takes place via our Jane portal and provides 20 minutes of therapy for your child and 10 minutes of parent support, including answering your questions and reviewing homework assignments.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. For changes or cancellations made within 24 hrs of your scheduled appointment time we charge a $25 rescheduling fee. For cancellations made within 6 hrs of your scheduled appointment time, we charge 50% of your appointment, and offer a 25% off discount for your next same value appointment. We understand things happen, kids get sick, and things change — We greatly value communication so please reach out as soon as you can to adjust schedules and we will do our best to accommodate!
